RISK DESCRIPTIONS-
Water spillages: Someone spilling
water and not cleaning it up, which can cause someone to slip and hurt
them-selves.
Severity: (4/5)
Prevention of risk: Make sure the
area has got ‘wet floor’ signs so that models and people on set are aware of
any danger hazards. Make sure there are people there who can clean up the water
that has been spilt.
Accidental trips and slips- Tripping over any
loose cables, props and makeup that may be on the floor on set. This can cause
people to trip and hurt themselves.
Severity: (4/5)
Prevention of risk: Move the items or
cables off from the floor and into a safe place where it wont harm any ones
safety and if it is not possible to move the items, make everyone on set aware
that they are there.
Heights – Any heights that
people or models may be able to climb, make sure that these things are stable
and safe to walk on.

Prevention of risk: Making sure that everyone on
set knows all the risks that are possible and everything to limit the risks have been put in place.
Electrical issues – Any light, smoke
or open wire can be a big risk and can cause electric shocks.
Severity: (2/5) this is
unlikely to happen but all electrics have to be fully checked before using on
set.
Prevention to risk: Making sure that
all electrics have been check before using the set. Also pre check the whole
set before using it, making sure that all electricity is safe.
Recording equipment: During a photo
shoot there are many models on set, which means all people on set have to be
aware of all recording equipment that is around them.

that all models are aware of what is around them. x
